The Founding Directors

The Founding Directors are experienced and outstanding primary school teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) specialism; teaching children who are 3 to 5 years of age. We have experience of working within the public and private sectors of education and childcare, including building and maintaining working relationships with the relevant stakeholders. 


Jacinta is a mother and a carer. She has over ten years experience working within the childcare sector as a Professional Nanny, Childminder Manager and providing private childcare services. Jacinta qualified as a Primary School Teacher in 2009 and has led a core subject across the whole school in the state and private sectors; served as a Local Authority (LA) School Governor (EYFS/ SEND), taught, trained and mentored staff to raise standards, upon gaining Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) in 2014.


Camilla gained a diploma in Early Years education in 2006 and Early childhood degree in 2009. She has over twelve years experience working in a range of early years childcare settings within London and overseas (including Hong Kong and Europe). Camilla currently leads an EYFS and KS1 alongside teaching Year one in a South London state school. In addition to her teaching responsibility she works alongside the local authority’s consultant team leading Early Learning Goals moderation in a range of schools with the borough.


Rochelle is an Early Years leader in an inner-city school, a Specialist Leader in Education (SLE), and a mother. She has over 12 years of expertise within the education system, creating curriculums and teaching children in the most deprived areas of London. Since 2014, Rochelle has held many roles within leadership and has mentored and coached teachers and support staff of varying levels. As part of her consultant role, Rochelle supports local nurseries in order to help them self-evaluate their settings and set achievable action plans.
